DURAL 14 NSW

Positioned on a large corner block, careful design and planning turned what was once an aging property with weedy, declining landscape into a stately residence surrounded by a rejuvenated landscape.

To the lower front corner of the property a tree grove, with around 120 trees, and water feature provide both a stand our feature and privacy. A feature curved stone wall which leans into the land was installed and holds the cantilevered water feature which lines up with the front patio. A large circular water feature then greets you at the top of the driveway as you approach the house.

The rear of the property is for entertaining. An outdoor dining area with lounge and fireplace is located directly off the home. Beyond this area sits an infinity edge pool with stone clad pavilion. The pool features an acrylic wet edge which enhances the connection in the landscape. Custom made water spouts located to the rear and one side of the pool provide movement and interest. The pavilion is positioned in the centre of the pool and seemingly floats above it when viewed from the outdoor dining area. At the top of the property is a tennis court providing the finishing element to this rural estate.
